Returns & Refunds

30-day returns. If your dog won’t settle in it — or it’s just not right — you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

• Items should be in resalable condition (clean, with the original liner and frame).
• To start a return, email hello@slatecove.co with your order number and we’ll send instructions.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 3–5 business days.
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it — no return shipping cost to you.

We keep this simple on purpose: we’d rather keep the customer than the sale.
