Where we ship from: our overseas fulfillment warehouse.

Where we ship to: United States (initial launch).

Cost: free standard shipping on every order.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within about 2 to 2.5 weeks (typically ~12 business days) of ordering. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery windows are estimates and can vary with carrier volume and customs. If your order hasn’t updated in 10 business days, email hello@slatecove.co and we’ll chase it down.
