Refund policy

30-day return window

Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.

Email hello@slatecove.co with the order number before sending anything back. If the return is eligible, Slatecove will provide the current return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return conditions

  • The item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Customer-remorse return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Used cleaning heads and items showing use on bathroom surfaces are not eligible for a customer-remorse return.

Damaged, incorrect, or non-working items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or non-working, contact hello@slatecove.co within seven days of delivery with the order number and clear photos or video. After review, Slatecove will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. Do not discard the item or packaging until the review is complete.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after a documented defect claim is approved. Bank and card processing times vary. Original optional or expedited shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Cancellations and address changes

Email hello@slatecove.co as soon as possible. We will try to help, but an order cannot always be changed or canceled after fulfillment begins.

Product-use notice

Follow the included instructions and the directions for any cleaning product used with the scrubber. Patch-test delicate or coated surfaces. Do not submerge the motor housing or charging port, and never mix incompatible cleaning chemicals. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
