Where we ship

Slatecove currently ships within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery

Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing. The current estimated delivery window is 5–8 business days after an order is placed.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier volume, weather, address errors, inventory changes, and other events outside Slatecove’s control may cause delays.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed after the order is fulfilled. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin updating after the carrier receives the shipment.

Address changes

Review the shipping address before placing an order. Email hello@slatecove.co immediately if a correction is needed. Once fulfillment begins, an address change may not be possible.

Delayed or missing packages

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, or if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, email hello@slatecove.co with the order number. Slatecove will review the tracking record and available carrier information.
